We have invested over 25 years creating a vendor network and continue to refine it daily. While the internet has made it easier to find vendors it has also made the screening process that much more critical. We do not accept just any vendor. They must be able to respond timely to the needs of the client while providing competitive pricing and quality service. The vendors must also be able to provide full documentation (licensing and insurance) to be able to work on site with our clients, as well as the technological ability to work with the client’s service provider software.
The majority of our vendors are local to the markets therefore elevating response time and reducing service costs. Our success is a reflection on the quality and performance of the local service providers who make up our national network. We accept only the best and require rapid response, quality work, cost effectiveness and technological ability. Because we have such high expectations of our vendors we in turn provide rapid payment for services. We do not delay payment and in fact the majority of the payments are made within 24 hours of invoicing. As a result we have maintained over 90% retention rate with our vendor network.
